Beauty Creatives.com: Tell us a little about yourself?

We are motivated, self-driven, hardworking  and we love to do hair!

Beauty Creatives.com: Did you always want to be a Hairstylist?

Yes since I was 14 years old.

Beauty Creatives.com: What prompted you to get into hair?

I used to watch my mom get ready in the morning and I loved the idea of doing hair.

Beauty Creatives.com: What's the biggest challenge you faced on your road to becoming a Hairstylist?

Being a mother of 4 boys.

Beauty Creatives.com: Where do you find your inspiration?

Nature, Ocean and flowing hair

Beauty Creatives.com: If I asked your educator one negative and one strength about you what would they be?

I am creative and detailed but I take my time.

Beauty Creatives.com: What is the toughest and best part of styling hair?

The toughest part for me is creating a super smooth look.  The best part is creating amazing editorial looks.

Beauty Creatives.com: Whose hair would you love to work on?

I would love to work on Rhianna’s hair.  She is dramatic and loves going for the WOW factor and that’s what I love to do!

Beauty Creatives.com: Can you tell us a memorable moment you had while doing hair?

I remember my first client on the floor, she was the sweetest first client and made me feel so comfortable.

Beauty Creatives.com: What’s the one haircare tool you simply can’t live without?

My teasing comb and hairspray.

Beauty Creatives.com: What's your preparation for Battle of the Strands

Meeting with our mentor and brainstorming ideas and practicing on our model.  Also looking at fantasy hair online.

Beauty Creatives.com: What can the hair industry expect from Jayne Tetzlaff in the next 5 years?

I will be doing styles for brides and other events.

Beauty Creatives.com: What can your competition expect in Las Vegas?

For us to bring it and show our skillset. We are in it to WIN it!
