Today I recieved the Moto 360 in the mail.

6:30 Charge and Install: Syncing the Moto 360 was simple. I visited Google play, downloaded Android Wear, then installed and followed the instructions from there.

7:00 pm First impressions: The Moto 360 feels like a normal watch, the leather strap is soft and comfortable while giving you smart watch functionality. I choose the Digital watchface to give it that Jetson style look.

8:00am Morning Jog: I began my morning run using one of my favorite apps; Runkeeper; which just so happens to work with the Moto 360.

8:03am Alert: Just as I was getting into my morning Jog I received an alert on my Moto. I completely forgot my 9am meeting in the city :( Just have to make up for that job tomorrow morning. At the end of my run I used the built in steps and distance tracker to calculate my steps; a meager 1,502. Howerver, I did burn 27 calories. My Moto gave some advice on how I can do better.

8:15am Ok Google: One of the many things I like is how well it works with Google. Just saying "Ok Google" I was able to pull up the weather, traffic and a whole host of other features.

8:45am Early AM rush: Riding the crowded 20 minute train ride into the city, I figured I'd show off my futuristic watch to my fellow commuters. Passengers were amazed when I used voice control to text my coworker, set a reminder and email a client.

12 noon: I made a left, when I should’ve made a right: Meeting my Beauty Editor at a diner of her choosing, Bad Idea. Fortunately I have the Moto 360 which gave me step by step instructions on how to get to my location. I should note the moto works with the Lyft app, I was close to my location so didn't get a chance to use it.

Final impressions: As a kid growing up watching the Jetsons it was always a dream to use some of the futuristic gadgets on the show. As you get older you look forward to what the future has in store. To finally see a company make a childhood dream come true is amazing.

The Moto 360 definetly has set the bar for smart watches. The main feature for me? How well it works with Google. The bonus would be the Health tracker, and the added benefit that it works with RunKeeper.

* Everything Google

* Notifications

* Different Watchfaces

* Music Controls

* Adding to do lists, sending messages without using my phone

* Best looking smart watch IMO

* Wirless Charging

* Scared I may scratch or break it because it looks so nice.

* I wish I had the metal version :)
